12. SMS Messaging Terms
MedFIT offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) which includes SMS messages related to appointment reminders, health tips, service updates, and promotional content.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send “STOP”, you will receive a confirmation message. You will not longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates apply. Message frequency may vary. Check with your wireless provider for details regarding your text plan.
We comply with all applicable laws and industry standards governing the use of SMS marketing, including those enforced by the CTIA and FCC.
