Quick answers
Does MedFIT accept insurance?
No. MedFIT does not bill insurance for any service. Prescription coverage is a separate question for your pharmacy and insurance plan.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — every plan starts with a real visit and, when appropriate, lab work, so your provider understands your history before recommending anything.
Do I have to use an injection for medical weight loss?
No. MedFIT uses both oral medications and GLP-1 treatment. Oral medications are a major treatment path here. We help determine which options are medically appropriate. You decide which of those fits your life.
What ages does MedFIT see for primary care?
Primary care is available for patients ages 13 and up.
Where is MedFIT located?
MedFIT is located at 684 Park Street, Belmont, NC 28012, serving Belmont, Gaston County, and the greater Charlotte area.
