Can I eat reasonably well when I have little time to cook?
Yes. A useful meal does not have to be cooked from scratch. Simple combinations—such as a practical protein choice, vegetables or fruit, and a filling side—can work with convenience foods.
Frozen vegetables, canned beans, yogurt, eggs and other ready-to-use foods can reduce preparation time. Choose options that fit your budget and preferences; convenience is not automatically poor quality. USDA MyPlate.
At MedFIT, the aim is a routine you can repeat during an ordinary busy week, not a perfect meal plan.
