Can hormone therapy help with brain fog during menopause?
Some patients feel clearer when treatment improves disruptive menopause symptoms, especially poor sleep. But hormone therapy is not a guaranteed treatment for memory or concentration problems.
Brain fog can have several contributors, including sleep, stress, medicines and other health conditions. It should not automatically be attributed to menopause or treated by increasing hormones.
