Primary Care
What should I bring to a primary care visit so we can make the most of it?
Bring a list of your medicines and supplements, useful recent records and the questions you most want answered. If you've had labs in roughly the past six months, bring those results if you have them.
Helpful preparation
- Include prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and supplements.
- Bring relevant specialist notes or recent test results you already have.
- For a new concern, note when it started and what changed.
- Put your most important concern at the top of your list.
At MedFIT, you do not need to diagnose yourself before coming in. These are helpful suggestions, not a mandatory paperwork checklist. Preparation should make care easier, not create another hurdle.
